We only do drinking water
We don't install boilers, bathrooms or kitchens — drinking water is the whole business, not a sideline. If that sounds narrow, it's supposed to.
How we choose what we install
Before a system earns a place in our line-up:
- Membrane quality & NSF-class rating checked, not just price
- Tank material — food-safe, no tainting the water
- Realistic flow rate, not just a lab-test number
- Filters chosen to still be available in five years
Why we only do one thing
Not a founder story this time — just the actual reasoning.
General plumbers fit boilers, bathrooms, kitchens — and sometimes a water filter, if you ask. That's a sideline for them, one product among dozens. For us, it's the entire business.
That difference matters more than it sounds. A specialist has to stay current on membrane technology, filtration standards and water chemistry, because that's the only thing they're judged on. A generalist has to know a bit about everything, which usually means whoever fitted your filter last learned as they went and moved on to the next job.
It also removes a conflict most trades have built in. We don't make more money by finding extra work while we're under your sink — there's no boiler to also flag, no bathroom to also quote. The only way we grow is by getting drinking water right, for more households. That's the incentive we actually want to have.
